The department gives exposure to its students, to not only the regular curriculum but also to the aspirations of today’s corporate world, by inculcating a professional attitude in them. Our labs, with latest facilities and unlimited Internet facility, give our students a cutting edge in technical exploration and enhance their information search and analysis skills. Students are encouraged to join various technical and non-technical forums, which in turn gives them horizontal exposure to Engineering concepts and technology.
Publication: One Research Paper (Title: An improved method for image enhancement by using DWT- CLAHEA and combination of homomorphic and median filter) published in international journal (IJAERD).
Deepa Sahu has obtained her Bachelor of Engineering degree from GEC Gwalior in 2015 and M.Tech from SRCM College in Electronics Communication Engineering discipline in 2018.
Er. Deepa Sahu has joined LNCTS Gwalior on 5th Feb.2018 as an Assistant Professor and head of the department. She has researched in area of image processing and expertised in Network Analysis, Control,Communication System.

About Electronics & Communication Engineering
The department of Electronics & Communications Engineering (ECE) has been established in the year 2008 with an intake of 60 students.
The department of ECE has every facility with state-of-art infrastructure and eminent faculty. The department is fully equipped with highly modernized laboratories with sophisticated equipments. As the demand of human being is increasing day by day in terms of technology, in order to fulfill the new desires of human beings the technology is growing. Today the Electronics and Communication is playing very key role in every aspect of new technology.
We have a team with good Industry and Academic experienced team to make the students compete with coming global opportunities. Electronics and Communication Engineering branch prepares students to specialize in key areas of Electronics and related aspects of the branch. It provides ample opportunities for students in industries dealing with Consumer Electronics.
A unique feature of ECE Dept. is that, each student is given individual care and concern by the faculty. A group of 20 students is assigned to each faculty member to monitor the academic and non-academic progress of the student over the academic years and help and guide him/her by constant support and guidance in the need of help. A relationship is built between the mentor and mentee through this programme which help in the professional and personal development of the students and the teacher. The faculty also build a rapport with the mentee’s parents to update them about their ward.
