Civil Engineering
The Department: Civil Engineering department, established in the year 2009, offers Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Civil Branch. The department is providing all facility keeping in view the current and continuously changing scenarios in the discipline. The department has established state-of-art laboratories which can provide opportunities for the students at all levels to get acquainted with the latest developments in various avenues of Civil Engineering. In addition to Teaching and Instruction, the faculty is also engaged in active research with an aim to generate innovative concepts and ideas or apply the existing technologies to new applications. It plans to undertake industrial consultancy work and also organizes Conferences/Workshop for professional interaction.

Faculty: Qualified and experienced faculty members form the department specialize in structural, geotechnical, environmental, water resources, transportation, surveying, and construction engineering, as well as management, remote sensing.
Industrial Training: Experts from industry are regularly invited to present lectures and to interact with students and faculty. Regular industrial visit to government and private sector including various project site for onspot understanding and practical knowledge.
